This full day class covers the basics you’ll need to succeed with apples, pears, peaches, plums, cherries, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries. It will also mention nut trees, currants and gooseberries. Sessions cover site selection and preparation, including soil testing and fertilizing; critter control and small scale irrigation; planting, pruning, pest control and other growing practices.
