Yes, I want to have debug tool handy, but I install it as a package, just before the emergency happens. I do not see the need to have it on the install floppies if space constraints are an issue.

Same for me, but Robert just spent two days doing an awesome job of cleaning up 78 broken SvarDOS packages, so I am inclined to compromise here and there, if only to please him a little. :)

BTW, the DEBUG package comes with "DEBUG.COM" and "DEBUGX.COM", each being 20-something KiB. Maybe we could limit the package to only one of the two?

Sorry if my words sounds hard, english is not my native tongue. But it is my IMHO.

That's cool, and it's the entire purpose of this list - exchanging ideas and opinions. All feedbacks are very much appreciated.

For me there is no difference if SvarDOS become an elephant or an ant, because my lowest-resources machine is an eBox-2300SX, a 486 with 128MB of RAM... :-D

Didn't know such machine is even possible. But no worries, it won't become an elephant. I am prepared to fight hard for my "2.88M" rule. :)

cheers,
Mateusz
