[svg-developers] replacement of '+'

[gauri_rampal]

svg doesn't understand '+' in the URL.

Here's my code:

JOBID=&amp;ServletNumber=6&amp;iMethodID=7&amp;Name=xyz+123&amp;Passw
ord=abced">
        <text>System
        </text>
</a>

This link when clicked does not show the correct page.

If you notice the Name=xyz+123 , svg cannot understand this. It 
shows all the other pages which do not have '+' .
