Nah, it's sort of the correct way to do it... (the idea being that OBJECT is 
the correct way of doing it but if OBJECT fails or isn't understood by the 
UA then the older EMBED will be used)  However if you're going to use embed 
in your document validity isn't important so you might aswell just use 
EMBED - OBJECT simply being flawed anyway.

Personally, I'd use IFRAME, but everyone knows that :-)
