Hi there Douglas,

I was just cruising the messages and found your reference to SPARK 
and my interest peaked immediately.  If you have any questions or 
anything give me a shout personally.  As far as genome browsers go, 
as Ronan mentioned that's Christopher Lewis' area of expertise and 
the driving force behind his CGUI library.  There are differences 
between the way CGUI and SPARK work but fundamentally (I'm not up to 
date on the current CGUI implementation though unfortunately).  I'm 
sure Chris would be more than happy to help you out with any 
questions regarding CGUI and even SPARK.
