I am not sure how to do it in a stand-alone SVG, but if you have an html "wrapper" with javascript you can "window.print()"...
But be aware that the svg may appear a bit distorted, which can be corrected with styles by using "real" measurement units (i.e. inch, cm, etc.) Hope that helps...
