If you use ASV, right click on the SVG, then select Search (or similar, I have "Rechercher..." in the context menu. Classic search dialog box appears. Type your string, click Next, found string is highlighted. Note: although SVG is textual, I don't know how search engines like Google react when finding them, if they are able to follow links, etc. If your homepage is 100% SVG, you will risk to find it ignored by these engines. If I am wrong, please enlighten me. So, for these engines, and visitors without SVG player, perhaps you may consider to maintain a classical plain HTML homepage in parallel with your SVG one. It can be quite some work though, unless you use some page generator (PHP templates or something). Now, I saw two or three such sites, mostly as experiments or show off of mastering, so I wonder how they are handled. -- Philippe Lhoste -- (near) Paris -- France -- http://Phi.Lho.free.fr -- For servers mangling my From and Reply-To fields, -- please send private answers to PhiLho(a)GMX.net -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- ----- To unsubscribe send a message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] -or- visit http://groups.yahoo.com/group/svg-developers and click "edit my membership" ---- Yahoo!
