  Hi,
  Can i inform (or force) the client that browse my SVG application to 
  download the SVG plugin if he has any installed? as i noticed if the 
  client does not have any plugin installed the svg image does not 
  appear. i mean as in the java runtime using the 
  pluginspage="http://www.adobe.com/svg/viewer/install/ of the <Embed> 
  Tag or somthing like that.
