I agree, though I think we need to have a contingency plan in case (who 
knows!) we send out a CfP and 200 people register :)

Yes, that's what I was thinking, and the reason why I think this event 
should be in French as it would serve the purpose of spreading good 
words about SVG (and we can do similar events in other countries).
