Hi Julie,
  The SP2 requires better security. Adobe already upgraded its SVG 
viewer by version 3.03 . You have to uninstall your previous version 
of ASV, and install the 3.03 (or higher, if exists). This should 
solve the problem of reading SVG from a server.
