The simplest method (I think). Open SVG in browser and zoom.
Press Ctrl+Prt Scr (the middle of those three buttons you never use to the right of the function keys). Open Bitmap graphics program (this works with Photoshop at least) Create new file. Press Ctrl+V Do any necessary editing. Print bitmap file.
