Hi, Recently I came across with this article http://jwatt.org/svg/authoring/#doctype-declaration which says that authoring tools should not generate DOCTYPE for the SVG file.
Is this the correct ways ? So as authoring tools, do we need to still to generate DOCTYPE declaration or not generate anymore ? Any comment on this matter ? what is the WG comment regarding this ?
