This isn't strictly SVG-related, but you may want to check out HTML
Slidy (http://www.w3.org/2005/03/slideshow.html). It does
presentations with XHTML and JavaScript, and there is mouse and
keyboard navigation. I imagine you could implement SVG easily, since
it is technically a web page.
