me ......i want to rotate the svg rect and again resize it....can u help mee to

If I remember correctly you either need to send canvg a SVG file or the 
serialized SVG (as text).  So you'll need to serialize the SVG document once 
it's been dynamically created.  See XMLSerializer

Also, canvg can't handle every type of SVG element yet.
