PL] Many thanks. The viewer will parse the graphics elements looking for a
<title> element. The moment it finds one, it will render the text inside the
title element as speech. Actually, I got fixated on the fact that the title
element could also be rendered as a tooltip. I should have paid more
attention to the specification. <smile
