Log:
  rsu: add promiscuous mode support.
  
  - Add partial promiscuous mode support (no management frames;
  they cannot be received by the firmware and net80211 at the same time).
  - Add monitor mode support (all frames).
  
  Tested with Asus, USB-N10.
