Log: Remove comment about Blackthorn winds, apparently imported from 4.4BSD Lite. Nowadays it's trivial to find the explanation, such as at https://www.deseret.com/2000/2/27/19493013/blackthorn-winds-make-bushes-bud. It doesn't seem appropriate to replace it with an explanation.
