Log: Define VM_KMEM_SIZE_MAX as a fraction of the kernel address space size rather than a constant so that VM_KMEM_SIZE_MAX will scale automatically with the kernel address space size. This is particularly important for MIPS because the same definition is used by both 32- and 64-bit kernels.
