Log:
  - Add softc pointer argument to FIFO functions as an optimisation.
  - Implement support for interrupt filters in the DWC OTG driver, to
  reduce the amount of CPU task switching when only feeding the FIFOs.
  - Add common spinlock to the USB bus structure.
