In fact, it is 32-bit in stable/11 :-) It was changed 17 months ago, https://svnweb.freebsd.org/base?view=revision&revision=320347 and never merged, so 12.0-RELEASE will be the first release with 64-bit time_t for powerpc32. > 32-bit powerpc is still a thing.
