Fair enough, I didn't check upstream. I'd have thought that libarchive was
new enough, but I concur: if they are upstream that way, then it's fine. So
it looks like we're down to a few stragglers that are still uuencoded, but
we don't need to do that any more. And there's hundreds of files in the
tree that are binaries already.
