Log:
  [sdhci] Add ACPI platform support for SDHCI driver
  
  - Create ACPI version of SDHCI attach/detach/accessors logic. Some
      platforms (e.g. BayTrail-based Minnowboard) expose SDHCI devices
      via ACPI, not PCI
  - Add sdchi_acpi kernel module
