Subversion 1.7.7 is "ready" in the staging PPA to publish to all
distroseries lucid through quantal.
However, I had to ignore some failures in the ruby testsuite in the
quantal build to get it to succeed. Personally I'm fine with this, as
whilst I haven't tested, I assume these are caused by changes in
quantal, and so would affect the previous package versions if they had
been built in quantal too - i.e. no worse a situation than already exists.
With this in mind I intend to push the current contents of the staging
PPA to the main PPA on Tuesday if no-one has any objections.
