- Reboot was failing due to bug 2065. Workaround is to add an explicit
"save /mnt/floppy/config/config.boot" rather than rely on "init-floppy" to
save the config file to the floppy. The workaround probably should be
removed once 2065 is fixed.
- Change reboot analysis rules to abort if the reboot was unsuccessfull
rather
that issuing commands to device that is not responding.
