firewall enhancements
* fix for bug 2152: specifying multiple source/destination port
numbers/names
is supported now.
* source/destination "port-name" can use any names in /etc/services.
* fix for bug 2153: "protocol" now allows any protocol names/numbers in
/etc/protocols.
