fix for bug 2247: removed all syslog messages from the new CLI code. we have
the debug log, so they are not necessary in any case.

xorp template parser:
* handle stdout redirect to variable reference by generating the
corresponding
assignment/backtick operation in generated new CLI templates.
* add 'begin:'/'end:' in generated new CLI templates from 'modinfo'.
