Added defined variables check when printing out RSA keys, corrected the way
RSA keys are retrieved from the config for peers (fix for Bug 2268), added more
verification of local RSA key file name (part of fix for Bug 2276), and
automatic copying of local RSA key file (fix for Bug 2305),
