Restart lighttpd with the Vyatta settings rather than the default settings
after the weekly log rotation. This is done by making the 'vc-xg' package
dependent on a specific version of the 'lighttpd' package, so that it would not
be possible to upgrade 'lighttpd' without also upgrading 'vc-xg'. The 'vc-xg'
package then overwrites the 'lighttpd' package file '/etc/logrotate.d/lighttpd'
to restart 'lighttpd' with the correct Vyatta settings after the weekly log
rotation. Bug 2434 fix.
