Add more module version info
Make sure and tag wanpipe driver version into module.
Also fix som initialization code that owuld get disrupted if kernel
API changed.

Add module version to wanrouter
Since wanrouter exports symbols, it needs to have a version to
avoid the kernel from declaring the configuration tainted.
