Ensure that all other pppd processes managing links that are part of a
bundle are killed when the master link in the bundle goes down due to
LCP timeout.

Bugfix: 3350
Kill all "pon" processes that may be running in background trying to
restart the PPP connection on a WAN interface. All pppd processes must
be gone in order for a wanpipe device to be stopped.
