Since xmtp2km license correction
This driver is not used in current Vyatta software.
But if it was, the license is wrong. Since xmtp2km requires linking
with a binary object, it can't be marked GPL.

Wanpipe lip can't be GPL if it has ATM code
If linkeed with ATM binary, then it is no longer pure GPL.

Don't build two copies of common code
The abstract code is used by both lip, wanpipe, and adsl.
So build one copy and use module exports
