- adjust editor and its child panel sizes when browaser window change size.
- Removed 'commit', 'discard', 'undo', 'redo', 'save', 'view' and 'load'
buttons off from
operational mode panel.
- Sync. the help strings to both configuration and operation modes when
user toggle between
the two views.
