Hi,

Actually I have re-submitted pound and couple of other programs which are in
/contrib some time ago - it wasn't just a re-submit as some changes to spec
files were required to to juicer/build platform migration from SXCE to Open
Solaris in a mean time.

The problem is that they have not been promoted to /contrib yet.
It looks like recently it doesn't work as smoothly as it should - see for
example RCS waiting to be promoted to /contrib for some time now - and there
are others.

I think this is mostly due to problems with juicer and hopefully the process
will become more smoothly again.
