Hi, I suppose that the recipients of your notification action are not configured correctly. When you use a definition like this: <recipient recipientname="swamp_user"/> the notification will be send to the address that is configured for the user in the dbUsers table. Please note tat notifications will not be send immediately, but scheduled every 10 minutes. You can also trigger the notifications to be send on the admin/objects page.
