auto/pluto: Return error string and exit code through 'ipsec auto'
We were failing silently and only logging with pluto.
This removes the pipe through runit and simplifies the auto.in shell
script. It still supports --showonly and --verbose.
This also removed RC_NOALGO and uses RC_LOG_SERIOUS instead.
