libswan: extra safetey around same_id() when ID_FROMCERT is used
The ID at some point will be replaced by the certificate, and the
ID_TYPE will be set to ID_DER_ASN1_DN and the ID data will be the
certificate DN. But not all calls to same_id() might happen when
this process has happened.
This resolves bug#226
