testing: drop dh2, dh23, dh24 and cast from kvm builds
Follow-up 36aa3e16ce825b241233fea2053fdbf0fb36e704
- don't enable dh32 or recently added chacha as not supported on f22
- remove disabled algorithms from expected output
- remove explicit tests for disabled algorithms (already pushed)
- update algparse to expect disabled algorithms to fail
