pluto: connections.c: simplify idr_wildmatch (kind of)
- (new behaviour) elminate trailing "." characters from consideration
(like same_id())
- make idr_wildmatch file static
- replace struct connection *c argument with struct end *this argument:
more circumscribed.
- reduce scope of autos
- add comments
