Merge branch 'nftable-fixes' into main
rework nftable suport using boolean options.
use iptables and nft from the path $PATH.
build time options:
HAVE_IPTABLES=true|false
or
HAVE_NFTABLES=true| false
add nftable support for ipsec look, barf and verify
still missing CAT and nflog per connection.

bsd: disable nftable and iptbales support
this will disable 2-3 connection conflig options.
cat, nflog-all and nflog. These are Linux specific for now.
