testing kvm: change ./kvm to use testing/libvirt/Makefile
For moment this means that <<make kvm-...>> uses mk/kvm-targets.mk
while ./kvm uses above. Oops.

testing kvm: tweak code stripping <<kvm base>> output of control chars
back story is that OS install scripts like to change terminal
sizes and fedora likes to query the terminal size causing
random chars to appear on the input stream
