I'm a little lost. The documentation says that internet access for west, for example, is through nic. And there are example instructions for hooking up nic to the other machines: ifup eth3 iptables -I POSTROUTING -t nat -o eth3 -j MASQUERADE nic wasn't running. It was easy to start it with virt-manager (right click on "nic" and select "run".
