KVM snapshots (we're talking less than a second to create a fresh VM) don't
work with remote mounted file systems (9p, NFS, ...).  I'm trying to prune
things back to the bare minimum.

The next step is to change /testing so it is automounted after boot.   I
guess I could do the same for /source (or, my preference, make it a no-auto
mount).
