I do that a _lot_ when coding, and I surely do not want to have to
rebuild all the KVMs for every libreswan code change I'm testing.
Well, you cannot reboot a namespace :P
But you can re-initialize it, which I believe is what Antony is referring to.
That's just destroying and making a new one.
