The internet serice provider that fuels oldskool.org had some
problems yesterday for a few hours, but your mailer or SMTP server
should keep retrying every 4 hours or so (at least, that's the standard
procedure for more mail servers). So, even though you got an error,
it should've worked.
As for "cut off", there's nothing that should have caused it on our
end. How long was the message? Try resending it again...
