If I had to give the whole thing one single rating, I'd probably grade it
"G", because I tend to rank the box a little higher in importance than
everything else.  The "F" and "ED" prop ratings kind of cancel each other
out, even though the "F" cloth map is also a significant part.

I'd definitely use "IM" since it's a prop rather than a card/catalog.

Personally I don't take into account whether the disk works when giving it a
condition score.  I use the condition score to indicate what the item looks
like.
