Hey Chris,   Thanks!   As far as the instruction sheet, Tom has his folded out which is why you don’t see the Ultima: EFMD title above it.  If he folded it back in half you would see it.  You can actually see the title on the shot of the inside of the sheet right below the shot of the outside.   Not sure if that makes sense or not?  ;)  But I am 99.99% sure the our instruction sheets are identical.   Josh ----- Original Message ----- From: C.E.
