We'll .NET supports calling unmanaged code with P/Invoke. You could build a dll that contains custom calls to the swfmill library. On the other hand, a simpler solution may be to generate the XML on the server through you ASP scripts and "call" the swfmill binary feeding it the XML you created. Hope this helps.
