This (unresolved) issue from an ancient thread just came up for me: I've just compiled Swfmill off SVN for my new system, and I get the error when I try swf2xml. What is /really/ strange is that 'swf2xml infile.swf outfile.xml' produces the error, as does 'swf2xml infile.swf > outfile.xml', but 'swf2xml infile.swf' (i.e., output to the console) does *not*, the XML is displayed on the console just fine -- I just can't do anything with it... Any ideas?
