Kip, Yeah, you need to have Adobe AIR installed as an application, but the SWFObject AIR Generator can be found here :-
http://code.google.com/p/swfobject/ Its on the right hand side under the files for download listing. The link Kyle posted is great for using when you are online ( thanks for the link Kyle, will use that ) but I find the standalone download of the Generator is useful for when I'm working offline.
