All the Google bot does is index the text on your page(s). It follows the links in your sitemap.xml file as well as links that it finds on your pages. I don't know what you think could be wrong with your code. If you have links to your bio.html page / a definition in your sitemap.xml, then there is nothing more to do. Sometimes it can take days for sites to get re-indexed etc,. so don't expect it to appear straight away.
As was already mentioned, there is nothing that anyone on the swfobject list can do in order to get Google to behave any differently...
